Big race in the morning.
I tapered my runs this week.
Friday I picked up my race packet with my number and timing chip.
I've loaded up on carbs and water.
No dairy today and only easy to digest foods.
My shorts and shirt and bra and socks and shoes are all set out and ready.
A towel, change of clothes and a brush are in my bag as well as some emergency Imodium.
The refrigerator is holding my water bottle, 3 Gatorades and a packet of protein powder for after race consumption.
I've been visualizing the run all day with a nice even pace and a strong finish.
Time for bed.
