Menu for the Rest of April+

Monday 16th-Chicken Nuggets, Potato Salad (leftover from Saturday night), Large Green Salad, Peggy's Famous Sweet Rolls (from freezer leftover from Easter)
Tuesday 17th-Enchilladas (from freezer leftover from several weeks ago), brown rice, shredded lettuce, pico de gallo and guacamole.
Wednesday 18th-Spaghetti and Marinara Sauce, Green Peas, Caesar Salad, Garlic Bread
Thursday 19th-Turkey and Dumpling soup (Turkey is from freezer, leftover from Easter)
Friday 20th- Garlic Chicken Alfredo Pizza
Saturday 21st- Tri-Tip, Baked Potatoes, Steamed Normandy Vegetables, Spinach Salad
Sunday 22nd-Spam, Egg & Cheese Biscuits, Fresh Fruit

Monday 23rd-Turkey Tacos, beans, rice, shredded cabbage and pico de gallo
Tuesday 24th-Ham and Cheddar Panini, Arugula Apple Salad, carrot sticks
Wednesday 25th-Pot Stickers, Brown Rice, Edamame
Thursday 26th- Leftovers/Chef's choice
Friday 27th- Cheesy Calzones
Saturday 28th-BBQ Pork Sandwiches, Coleslaw, Corn
Sunday 29th-Dutch Babies and berry compote, bacon

Monday 30th-Garlic Shrimp and Pesto Linguine, Steamed Vegetables, breadsticks, tossed salad
