In blender place:
1 cup cranberry juice
1/2 cup strawberries (fresh or frozen)
1 small seedless orange, peeled
1 banana, peeled
1 cup ice cubes (less if strawberries are frozen)
Turn blender to low speed until ice cubes are crushed and then make your way up to high speed. Allow to run on high 30-60 seconds or until smooth(depending on blender).
Optional: add pinneapples, mango or peaches as desired.
