Chinese Chicken Salad

1 lb cooked chicken, shredded (canned is ok)
1 small head lettuce, broken into bite size pieces
2 T toasted sesame seeds
4 green onions, sliced
2 T sliced almonds
6 oz can chow mein noodles
dressing:
1 t salt
1/2 t pepper
3 T vinegar
2 T sugar
1/4 c salad oil

Place all dressing ingredients in a jar with tight fitting lid. Shake to combine. Toss lettuce, seeds, onions, almonds, chow mein noodles and chicken in large bowl with dressing. Serve with rolls and seasonal fruit.
