I know you're trying to figure out what to do with your leftover ham from last night's Easter dinner. I've got a few suggestions I'll dish out tomorrow morning. In the meantime, if you haven't already done it, cut the meat off the bone, Put the meat in a ziploc bag or storage container and do the same with the bone. Yes, I said put the bone in a bag too. Don't ask questions--just do it, and come back tomorrow to find out what to do with it.
(oh, and don't forget to refrigerate the meat AND the bone)
